     In the past year I have seen three movies from Netflix that involved a story-line about outsourcing. The most recent movie I saw was about a company sending over an employee to India to set up a call center, train new management, and employees. 

Outsourcing is a part of today's business model.

The top 10 reasons companies outsource their accounting services:

1. The Company wants flexibility, and does not want the commitment of hiring a full-time employee.

        2.  The Company wants to work with someone with experience where vary minimal (if any) training is required.

        3.  The Company does not have the space to have accounting services managed in-house.

        4.  The Company wants to keep the financial aspect of the business away from every day operations.

        5.  The Company needs the savings outsourcing will provide.

        6.  The Company likes the benefits of not having to head hunt for employees when accounting staff needs to be hired.

        7.   Many outsourcing service fees are a fixed price after an agreed fee is established.

        8.   Outsourced services are very specific and work is completed on time per agreement.

        9.   The Company understands the value of outsourcing.

      10.   Outsourcing was recommending by business partners, and associates who already outsource.
